Why I Need W.E.L.L. Summit Now More Than Ever (& How You Can Go Too!)

In two short weeks from today I'll be in NYC attending W.E.L.L. Summit. Remember when I attended last year? Here's a refresher

I've had so many people ask me about it in the past few weeks that when the W.E.L.L. Summit team approached me about running a ticket giveaway I didn't hesitate to say, "YES!" Now more than ever attending W.E.L.L. Summit is important to me especially with our recent move. Let me explain...

W.E.L.L. Summit is the ultimate ME time.

When attending other conferences I'm typically concerned about business whether it be connecting with fellow bloggers and brands or for the consulting work I do with my sisters. W.E.L.L. Summit combines Wellness, Empowerment, Learning and Luxury for the ultimate self-improvement and self-care experience. I'm attending kid-free (YAY!) and will focus on nourishing my mind, body and spirit with meticulously curated experts and thought leaders. Curious who some of them are? Here's a sample:

Amazing right?

W.E.L.L. Summit fits my life stage.

As a new homeowner I'm concerned more than ever about creating a healthy environment for my family. Not only with our furnishings, but with what we eat, how we store our food, and the products we bring into our home for cleaning ourselves and our space. Yes, this mattered before, but now having a permanent space I'm super-vigilant about shifting my family to being more green (one of my most daunting tasks will be ridding my family of plastic - I'm starting with this).

W.E.L.L. Summit makes me a better mom.

Being able to refocus and recharge is good for my head space. I'm often distracted, working on so many projects simultaneously in addition to tending to my household duties. Having a few days away will help me feel refreshed. My kids definitely got a more centered mom following W.E.L.L. Summit and I bet it'll be the same this year. It's my tune-up!

W.E.L.L. Summit makes me a better entrepreneur.

This year I'm blessed to be able to attend W.E.L.L. Summit with my sisters and as business partners the past two years we've been able to go on retreats to plan for the upcoming year. 2017 is an important year for our business and as this is the first time all three of us are attending a conference together it will help us get on the same page when it comes to having a holistic approach to our company. Also, I have to admit I'm excited to split up sessions with my sisters so we can compare notes!

W.E.L.L. Summit is fun!

I had to put this last point in there - I've seen retreats and conferences that seem like when you're done, you need a vacation. That's not W.E.L.L. Summit. With welcoming attendees, great food, awesome swag and fantastic sessions, the experience is laid back, but motivating. Everyone is approachable, eager to exchange ideas and open to making connections. It really is a good time and I couldn't think of a better city to host it in than NYC!
