Harlem Lovebirds: Dressing Up on My Caribbean Cruise with eShakti

Remember my eShakti dress from my last cruise? I still get so many compliments on it and am already counting down to summer when I can break it out again here around Boston. We're currently buried under so much snow that keeps coming down, but today I'm reflecting on our recent cruise.

The eShakti team reached out to me to try another dress and it was hard to narrow down a selection as always from their beautiful dresses but when I saw the understated elegance of this navy dress, I knew it was for me:

I love that eShakti allows customization for such details as sleeves and length and that their dresses are so well made! I haven't had to order one of their dresses altered before, but hearing from other friends who have it's a very easy process. The dress I selected was a crisp poplin and while I had to have it pressed the night before Mr. Lovebird's and my formal dinner, I was a bit concerned about wrinkles as I moved about.

Proof that I had my dress ironed!

Although it did wrinkle pretty easily, Mr. Lovebird assured me it was still stunning and all the compliments I received confirmed! The dress had a sash tie and paired with sheer hose and heels made for a beautiful ensemble for our dinner. I decided to add a rose-colored pashmina to compliment the blue and I felt stunning!
