Video Recap: Renewed and Refreshed at W.E.L.L. Summit 2017

Disclosure: I received a complimentary ticket to W.E.L.L. Summit; all opinions expressed are my own.

With my sister Lauren
Two weeks ago I joined my sisters in NYC for the 3rd annual W.E.L.L. Summit. Last year's was quite emotional for me, and this year I was hurtling towards the Summit in a flurry of activity knowing that returning each year helps to center me and prepare me for the upcoming New Year.

This year's summit was not only gorgeous (hello flower wall!), but it was also full of soul-renewing content. I admit that it's easy for me to go down the rabbit hole of chaos surrounding current events, and while it's important for me to stay informed, I know it's even more important to regularly step away.

I made a quick little recap video highlighting the weekend:

It's *so* hard deciding on which sessions to go to - there are too many good ones to choose from! That's why attending with my sisters is extra special so we can divide and conquer.

Here are 3 of my favorite sessions at W.E.L.L. Summit:

Dr. Ramsey - like last year he spoke on brain health, but this year it was in a more intimate setting over lunch. He touched on mental health, the issues we are encountering now as a nation and how brain food plays a role. Definitely get his book Eat Complete!

Yoga with Jessamyn Stanley - this was my 1st yoga class in years and it was so refreshing and approachable. It's definitely the start of something for me (more to come...).

Agapi AND Latham?! What a dream!
It was a highlight to be in the presence of Agapi Stassinopoulus again - the first time I heard her was when I was pregnant with Grayson and attended S.H.E. Summit. Her no nonsense advice fills me with joy, and I hope she becomes a regular at W.E.L.L. Summit.

Thank you to the W.E.L.L. Summit team for yet another amazing gathering. I'm feeling ready to take on 2018!

How do you prepare and renew yourself for the new year? (Are you in shock like I am that Thanksgiving is next week?!)
