Growing Up Strong with Hood Milk

This post was sponsored by Hood as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

I recently took my children to their annual wellness visits and thankfully they received healthy reports, and our doctor also confirmed something we see every time we visit: their heights are nearly off the charts! Staying on top of their health is something that's important now so more than ever and continuing to focus on nutrition is top priority for my family. Thankfully, Hood Milk has been a staple in our home and I'm confident in knowing that each serving provides my kids with 8g of protein and 9 essential nutrients.

Growing up in Columbus, Ohio milk was essential to my family's meals - with 3 siblings we powered our way through several gallons each week, and I even have fond memories of returning to visit the Dairy Barn at our local state fair. My kids have been more creative milk drinkers from our smoothies to baking, Hood Milk has been a welcome presence in our fridge. Especially as a New England brand, my kids light up seeing the famous bottle on our trips to the Children's Museum, and even on the shelves the protective LightBlock Bottle® stands out!

Freshness is important to my family, and now that my kids are tall enough to help themselves they are quite adept at the sniff test. That is, they always sniff milk before drinking! Hood's commitment to quality means it's produced without artificial growth hormones and tested for antibiotics. Also, since Vitamin D is important for darker skin, I appreciate Hood Milk as a reliable source especially as we limit our time out and about.

I'm thankful for my kids' continued health as we look ahead to the coming months. I feel confident keeping Hood Milk on our grocery list especially as they will outpace me me in height! Calcium for the win, right? To learn more about Hood Milk visit their website and be sure to follow on Instagram and Facebook.
