Save the Date: Polarn O. Pyret's March 2nd Sample Sale

Disclosure: this is a sponsored post on behalf of Polarn O. Pyret. All opinions expressed are my own.

If there's one thing that makes me excited about preparing for the seasons changing it's the chance to snag amazing deals on kids' clothing and this Thursday, March 2 Polarn O. Pyret is having their sample sale in my old stomping grounds of New Hampshire:

Polarn O. Pyret's clothing is a great fit for our family because it's durable, gender neutral and has such whimsy patterns that I don't have to fight with my kids to get into! It's a win-win all around.

And of course I couldn't sign-off without a throwback of Grayson in Polarn O. Pyret (and me too!):

Be sure to follow Polarn O. Pyret on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for more fashion fun and the latest news on their sales and special offers.

We're Back From Our First Disney Cruise! (Recap Video)

I'm writing this from Florida still in a blissful daze since disembarking the Disney Wonder yesterday. This was the first time I made frequent use of Instagram Stories too - did you catch any of them? I like how they evaporate and capture quick cute moments, but I have to remember to save the best ones!

Win It: Rockin' Refuel's Rockin' the Slopes Sweepstakes

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post on behalf of Rockin' Refuel. All opinions expressed are my own.

Although we're heading to sunnier climate next week, we're still very much in snow mode here and one of the winter activities I'm excited to get the kids started on is skiing. Grayson was a bit too small to start skiing when we lived in Portsmouth, but this season is perfect timing to introduce him as we still have plenty of winter left here in Boston. While Mr. Lovebird and I love taking our little ones out into the snow, we're also antsy to get away just us two! That's why I was thrilled to try my luck at entering Rockin' Refuels amazing Rockin' the Slopes sweepstakes.

A day to celebrate love in this current climate is much needed! (And thank you Stevie for the blog post title inspiration.)

My Ode to Portsmouth, New Hampshire

It's hard to believe we're fast approaching the 6 month mark of when we left Portsmouth, but this past weekend when we were back in the area visiting friends in the beauty of the snow I had a bit of nostalgia for our 2 years experience there.

Win Big with Folgers' Jingle Contest!

This post was sponsored by Folgers as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines concerning the use of endorsement and testimonials in advertising. I received complimentary products to facilitate my
review.

I'm a proud 80s baby and if there's one part of my childhood that's stuck with me it's my obsession with 80s TV - I even remember the commercials vividly. Who can forget the classic jingle, "The best part of wakin' up is Folgers in your cup?" As a kid seeing how snuggly and warm the coffee drinkers appeared made me want to cozy up with my own cup and while it wasn't until I had my own kids that I became an avid coffee drinker, it's no wonder that I now drink Folgers. Mr. Lovebird and I wake up to it every morning (we're huge fans of the Black Silk blend!) so when I heard about their jingle contest I was intrigued.

Resuming Winter with Kungs Premium Car Care Products

Disclosure: I received samples to facilitate this review; all opinions expressed are my own.

This week was an exciting one for the kids because we were blessed with snow! I know this doesn't seem worthy of excitement, but we're in the middle of winter and it's only snowed a handful of times here in Boston. The epic winter of 2014 is quite recent in my memory so any time I hear it's going to possibly snow I scramble to make sure everything is in order. This includes my car emergency kit, replenishing snacks and water in the car as well as my snow scraper/brush. My old one is cumbersome and super long, which is great for reach, but not very practical with all the stuff we keep in our car, so when Kungs reached out to me I was curious to see how their smaller scrapers and brushes would stack up.
