Clean Out with Polarn O. Pyret & thredUP

Disclosure: I received a gift card from Polarn O. Pyret to facilitate this review; all opinions expressed are my own.

We are a family of secondhand clothing, and we're proud of it! It's a thrifty tip I watched my mom use for me and my three siblings growing up and now with the online store thredUP I'm sure it's something my mom would've used had it existed. This Earth Day Polarn O. Pyret, the Swedish children's clothing brand, has teamed up with thredUP creating special mailers so you can receive credit when you shop. Polarn O. Pyret's clothing is very sturdy - out of all of the leggings Nia owns theirs last the longest - and with their bright colors and playful, gender-neutral prints it's a brand that gets fantastic resale value on thredUP.

Never used thredUP? Here's all you have to do:

1) Register your Polarn O. Pyret bag and sign up on thredUP

2) Fill your pre-paid bag with up to 10lbs of freshly-washed, name brand items; from baby items to women's clothing and shoes, thredUP accepts so much (you can see their standards here)

3) Seal your bag and drop off at UPS (we have a bin near our home so it's super easy!) or leave for your USPS carrier to pick-up

This camera hog!

4) Wait for your credit and be prepared to shop! If your items are accepted you can opt to allow thredUP to keep them as donation items

Nervous about giving thredUP a try? Use my special link here to get $10 credit towards your first order. We have never been disappointed by thredUP!
