Help Transform Lives This Mother's Day with Vera Bradley

Disclosure: I received a sample to facilitate this review; all opinions expressed are my own.

Do you have dedicated tote bags in your home like I do? Our entryway closet has specific tote bags filled and ready to grab for specific tasks: the swimming lessons bag, library bag, donation items bag, the tote bag to hold the tote bags etc. One of my favorite bags is a Vera Bradley overnight bag that's my go-to for weekend trips so when I learned about Vera Bradley's partnership with Macy's to offer an exclusive tote for Mother's Day I was excited to learn more.

The Vera Bradley Trimmed Reversible Tote is available in three colors - I selected Cobalt Tile with Navy - and benefits Win, Women in Need, a NYC-based charity that transforms the lives of homeless women and their children by providing safe housing, holistic services and innovative programs to break the cycle of homelessness.

Each tote retails for $88 and can be found on Macys.com as well as in 40 Macy's NY Metro locations, VeraBradley.com and select Vera Bradley stores with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Win, Women in Need.

I took my Cobalt Tile bag to our local park stocked with our usuals such as bubbles, snacks and diaper changing pack as well as to the beach as "the" dedicated family bag, and it held up very well for both trips. It easily reversed to each print (I like the dark printed side the best!).

The canvas shoulder strap fit me comfortably and while there's a hidden magnetic closure to keep it shut, I'm such a pack rat that my bag was too stuffed for me to use it. I especially liked that each reversible print had it's own pocket - one zippered and one not - where I put my readily accessible items: phone, keys and lip gloss.

This is one Mother's Day gift you'll want for yourself and to give - thankfully it's for a good cause so I say go for it!

Are you a tote bag collector like I am? Remember that one time I put Nia in a tote bag?!
