Here are 3 of those "little" things:
Breakfast - I am the biggest fan of the first (and best!) meal of the day in my household. I savor it. With my coffee, fresh fruit, eggs and often oatmeal or whole grain toast, if I go without it I know I will not have a successful day. I also make sure to take supplements. As an avid Nature Made user for many years, when they invited me to try the B12 supplement I knew it'd be perfect for my busy lifestyle. I picked them up at my local grocery store (we're a fan of Wegmans!). I had my B levels checked recently and they are spot on so I know I'm on the right track†.

My Responses - This the hardest for me. I've kept the above quote on my nightstand for years and I still struggle with it. As much as I try to preempt things, reality is life with small kids in a big city makes for lots of last minute situations. While I really do try to pause before I react it's something I have to talk myself through pretty much all. the. time. Grace and empathy go a long way ya'll!
