The group is led by two wonderful people: Eddie and Caryn who invited a very diverse group of about 10 entrepreneurial-minded men and women to meet for 7 weeks to discuss the book. They facilitate the group discussion and give us homework each week which reinforce the principles we learn and make us accountable to each other. It's really motivated me to pick back up with getting things rolling with my business which was a finalist a couple years ago in a major NYC competition {you can read more about that here}.
The group is at no cost, except to purchase the book, but it's one of the best investments I've made so far this year.
John C. Maxwell is the premiere leadership guru and his principles are easy to understand and definitely a challenge to implement, but what I've learned has given me new standards to achieve.
